I took my two cats to Birmingham Dogs Home for their injections and had such a lovely experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so friendly, kind and caring with my cats, which made the whole visit feel really comfortable and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about animals. Thank you to all the lovely staff! 🐱❤️

Thank you so much, Dr Parekh, for the exceptional care you have given Freddie and Kenna. I have always held The Vet Clinic at Birmingham Dogs Home in the highest regard, but having Dr Parekh join the team has taken the level of care and clinical expertise to an entirely different level. As a medical professional myself, I feel I have a good understanding of what exceptional clinical ability looks like, and Dr Parekh is genuinely outstanding. His depth of knowledge, clinical judgement, attention to detail and commitment to doing the very best for his patients are immediately apparent. He approaches every case with an exceptional level of professionalism and leaves you with complete confidence that your pet is in the safest possible hands. What makes Dr Parekh particularly special, however, is that his clinical excellence is matched by his compassion. He has an incredible ability to connect with animals while also making their owners feel heard, reassured and genuinely cared for. He takes the time to explain things clearly, listens to concerns and treats every patient as an individual rather than simply another case. It is rare to find someone who combines such outstanding veterinary knowledge with such warmth, sincerity and humility. Dr Parekh is an exceptional veterinary surgeon and a real asset to The Vet Clinic at Birmingham Dogs Home. In my opinion, he elevates the entire practice. His presence brings a level of clinical excellence that is difficult to replicate, and it is clear that both his patients and their owners benefit enormously from having him there. Absolutely excellent service our Stown (patterdale terrier) had surgery just before Christmas and the staff were great with him the communication was excellent and would highly recommend them,, definitely best place we have ever used

We bring our elderly cat, Lola, to see Lian and Monique at the Vet Clinic, and the whole experience is such a relief. Both vets are absolutely wonderful and take their time with Lola, even when she hisses and tries to bite! The care, patience, and kindness they show mean so much. Thank you to the whole team for being so special.
